Dr. Uzair began his journey with ICNA Relief as a volunteer in 2009 and has since played a transformative role in expanding its national healthcare mission. Through visionary leadership and hands-on involvement, he has been instrumental in the establishment of four out of eight ICNA Relief free medical clinics across multiple states, significantly improving healthcare access for underserved populations.

As Director of ICNA Relief Medical Clinic & Mobile Clinics, Dr. Uzair leads one of the most impactful community healthcare initiatives in the DFW area. Under his guidance, mobile medical teams regularly serve churches, temples, mosques, and community centers—delivering free health fairs and essential medical services without discrimination based on background or insurance status.

The community medical services overseen under his leadership include free medical consultations, vision screenings with eyeglasses support, lipid panel testing, hemoglobin testing, dental screenings, X-rays, diagnostic assistance, and preventive health evaluations. These services provide a vital lifeline for uninsured and financially vulnerable individuals.

Dr. Uzair is widely admired for his hands-on leadership style. He leads from the front—personally attending clinics, mobile health camps, and emergency-response medical missions. During natural disasters and humanitarian crises, he actively organizes nationwide mobile medical efforts to deliver timely relief and restore hope to affected communities.
